The startdate of a contract is always the first of January. If you register a domain name or start a hosting account half way through
the year, you'll pay pro rata until the end of that year. On January the first, you'll receive a bill for the next year.

We do not ask you to give notice. The only condition we place is on domain registrations. We ask that you'll let us know before December the 20th if you no longer wish to extend. Otherwise, we will charge
you the registration fee for the following year. Your hosting contract you can cancel on 31 December as far as we're concerned.



There will never be any restitution paid out, suppose you'll end a contract in February and move
your domain name, in that case we will not charge you any extra costs but neither we pay you any money back.

Bills will be send immediately after the domain name is affirmed, hosting always starts at the first of the month, registering on the third is the smart thing to, you'll get almost a full month for free!

Bills for monthly payments must be paid within a four-week period. When a bill has been send, it can not be cancelled, only altered when we are at fault and have made an error.

All our services are available in 'white label' form. Large companies can become partners as well as long as they operate a minimum of seven websites or attract 50.000 visitors per month.

You'll pay a fixed amount per month for all your domains/ websites/ e-mail. Your mail can be delivered in batch form.
